I was a medical student final year of education. But I knew something was wrong with my career choice; Never had the guts to do anything about it.Thanks to the CCSD program was finally able to make a decision on what really wanted to do in my future. It helped me question myself thoroughly on what I was actually looking for.
The instructors helped me with research , made a list of questions that I needed to ask myself and then gave out various options and let me decide what I was more interested in.
The most important part was that the instructors helped me learn how to listen to my emotions and my deeper thoughts, something I was avoiding for quite some time.The guided meditations helped me a lot. It helped me clear my mind and I learned how to gain control over my thoughts.
