What is the CCSD Program all about?
CCSD(Career Change & Self Rediscovery) is a program that helps students/professionals gain absolute clarity of thought and purpose on career related decisions. This program is best suited for those who are not not enjoying their current career /who are confused about their next career decision / who want to switch to a new career path/ who have been wanting to change a career but are procrastinating the decision.

How is the Program Conducted?
The program duration is 2.5 months. It conducted either at our Navi Mumbai/Mumbai office as well as virtually(online). The program is conducted at a one-to one level and involves weekly 90 min. sessions with the student/professional & plenty of home activities, research, exercises, assessments & frameworks that help a student professional take the best possible career decisions.

What Exactly Happens During The Program?
Achieving clarity is not an overnight process. It takes effort, time, research , self awareness and patience. To help you come to this clarity we work with you to achieve 5 broad goals.
Gaining Internal Clarity
Perhaps the most important part of and like the foundation. Over the course of the program we will help you look within and seek answers to the deeper questions. Questions which most people never ask themselves. What matters to you the most, who are yo from within, what makes yo joyful, what makes you unique, what is your vision for the next 5 years? Questions that give you clarity about who you are and what exactly it is that you seek?
Career Path Exploration
In this part we help you create and explore multiple career paths based on your interests, skills, personality, aptitude, time and resource constraints. We will help you conduct structured research around each of these paths.
Career Path Analysis
We will help you think critically through each option you have and consider every possible factor that is vital to the decision. This is to help you come to a conclusion about what is it that you want to pursue.
Activating Your Intuition
Critical & logical thinking though a very powerful process is not enough to take decisions. Most of the big decisions be make in our lives come from the deeper & more powerful parts of the human mind.To make this happen, we will train you in certain powerful yogic breathing exercises and techniques that will help you step back from the daily rut and think more clearly, overcome negative thought patterns and also activate your intuition, one of the most underrated and misunderstood power of the human mind that can guide you in making the decision.
Action Plan Creation
Once you make a decision, then it is all about action! We will help you create a step by step time bound action plan that can help you take constructive action towards your goals and actually make things happen rather than just thinking about them.
